How to Book 

The cost of a Wedding can spiral with very little effort, and you need to be sure you are getting value for money. Pound for pound, hiring a Toastmaster will be the best value for money purchase you make for your big day. 
My fees are dependent upon (but are not limited to) some or all of the following: 
Mon - Fri from £250 (Excluding Bank or Public Holidays which will be charged as a Saturday) 
Saturday & Sunday - from £300 
The distance (each way) to be travelled to any pre event meetings, and to the event venue itself. 
The amount of time to be spent at your event; the normal expectation is that the employment period will be no more than 8hrs on the day. 
Guest numbers in excess of 200. 
Type of venue, ease of access, and facilities available etc. 
For all bookings a deposit fee of £50 is payable. 
This is to be paid at the time of booking and the booking will be considered confirmed on receipt of this payment or clearance of cheque. 
Balance payment can be split into a maximum of 2 staged payments, subject to an email request from you which is acknowledged by us. 
The final payment on a booking by you is payable no later than 6 weeks before the event. An invoice will be issued and receipt of all payments will be acknowledged to an email address provided by you. 
The preferred method of payment to us is by BACS transfer. Details of the account will be provided, once a booking has been confirmed. Any payment made by cheque (cheques are to be made payable to James Pidgeon) must clear no later than 6 weeks before the event.
